Forklift Operator/ Reach & Order Picker

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Forklift Operator for one of our clients.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Position: Forklift Operator

Shift Timing: Morning

• *Must Have License of Raymond Reach and Walkie**

Job Responsibilities:

• Pulls and prepares product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded
• Loads, unloads, moves, stacks and stages products and materials using a forklift, clamp truck or other power equipment
• Maintains equipment by keeping it clean and safe, reporting service requests as needed
• Assists in maintaining the security of the warehouse by conducting operations in a manner which promotes safety
• Efficiently moves and loads product from staging and/or storage areas into trailers
• Assist in distribution centre/warehouse clean-up as required
• Other duties as required and assigned by supervisor

Job Requirement:

• Necessary skills for verbal and written communication in English
• Must be able to perform heavy lifting, up to/including 50 lbs.
• Must have valid licenses and experience in Stand-up Counterbalance, Reach & Walkie
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn and take ownership
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and organize in a rapidly changing environment
• Display a positive and proactive attitude
• Necessary skills for working in a team environment and strong Leadership Skills
• Work in and promote a safe environment
