As a Deliverability Specialist at Pepipost, your role is crucial in maintaining a clean Email Ecosystem. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Running a quality check on the entire infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitoring inbox placement for customers to optimize email deliverability.
- Enforcing Email standards like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for all new clients.
- Analyzing performance data and providing clients with advice on best practices for email sending, ensuring compliance.
- Staying up to date with global email trends and implementing them within the system.
- Tracking and correcting DNSBL listings and other ISP blocks to maintain high deliverability rates.
- Designing and conducting tests on Email Deliverability to improve performance.
- Applying, Testing, and verifying Feedback Loops to enhance email reputation.
- Maintaining DNS and MTAs to optimize email delivery.
