Job Description

PRST is looking for an experienced commercial HVAC professional for a full time/ temp to hire opportunity in Suitland, MD. This role involves working in a commercial office setting to ensure systems run efficiently and effectively, contributing to the comfort and safety of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems.
• Change out filters, clean coils, and conduct inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial HVAC experience with proven expertise in preventative maintenance and repairs.
• EPA/Universal Certification is required.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work either a day or evening shift

The hourly rate for this position is $30/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
