Job Description
Role & responsibilities
We are hiring an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to drive end-to-end B2B/SaaS sales cycles, including prospecting, discovery, solutioning, negotiation, and closure. The role involves engaging with CXOs, founders, and senior stakeholders across industries like E-commerce, BFSI, Healthcare, Real Estate, Logistics, and Education.
The candidate will be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline, closing high-value deals (10L50L+), and consistently achieving revenue targets (1Cr3Cr+ annually). You will collaborate with pre-sales, product, and implementation teams to deliver customized solutions and maintain accurate forecasting in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
Ideal candidates should have 4-8 years of experience in enterprise/B2B/SaaS sales with a proven track record of closing large deals and managing long sales cycles. Strong communication and consultative selling skills are essential.
Note: Candidates from B2C sales, support roles, or without enterprise deal closures will not be considered.
