Industrial Engineer (Sheet Metal)

As a Manager Industrial Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing industrial engineering processes specifically related to sheet metal. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing plant layout and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency
• Conducting line balancing, time study, and motion study to optimize processes
• Obtaining approval for any changes in layout and ensuring continuous product and process improvement to meet quality requirements and cost-saving targets
• Implementing changes on time and ensuring accuracy in product development progress reporting
• Utilizing SAP (PP and MM modules) and other tools such as COGM, BOM validation, MS Office, AutoCAD, and Smart work to support engineering tasks
• Calculating resource capacity, forecasting for capacity and budget, and evaluating product performance metrics

To qualify for this role, you should have:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a focus on sheet metal products
• Proficiency in SAP (PP and MM modules), COGM, BOM validation, MS Office, AutoCAD, and Smart work
• Strong dedication to completing tasks within given timelines
• Experience in sheet metal product development and reporting progress to senior management
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous experience of at least 8 years in sheet metal work
