Every deployment presents unique challenges, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is energized about partnering with diverse stakeholders to solve high impact clinical and operational problems. As the company enters its next phase of growth, you'll play a key role in helping scale implementations across some of the most innovative healthcare organizations in the country.
If you enjoy taking ownership of complex customer challenges and want a seat at the table as a high growth company scales, we'd love to connect.

- Account Ownership — Operate with a high degree of autonomy while managing multiple customer relationships simultaneously.
- Continuous Improvement — Identify opportunities to improve deployment processes, implementation playbooks, and customer outcomes as the organization scales.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 2+ years of experience in a hybrid customer facing deployment role, such as solutions engineering, implementation, technical consulting, customer success, product, or a similar technical position.
- A strong ability to bridge technical and business conversations, translating complex concepts into actionable solutions.
- Experience managing client relationships and driving projects from kickoff through successful execution.
- Comfort working with data and analytical tools; familiarity with SQL is a plus.
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast changing environments.
- A high ownership mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and solve problems wherever needed.
- Experience in startups or high growth environments is strongly preferred.
- Healthcare experience is helpful but not required.
