As a Sales Manager for the ophthalmic portfolio, your role involves developing and implementing regional sales strategies in alignment with overall business objectives. You will also lead, mentor, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers (ASM) and Medical Representatives (MRs), conducting training and development programs to enhance team performance and product knowledge.

This includes negotiating and managing contracts with major clients and distributors in the assigned region.
