Job Title: Front Staff/Counter Staff/Customer Service Associate

Job Summary

As a Front Staff/Counter Staff/Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for guests. Your role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Interaction
  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Assist with inquiries, reservations, and special requests.
  • Front Desk Operations
  • Operate the front desk systems and software to process bookings, payments, and guest data.
  • Maintain accurate records of room availability and rates.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance) to address guest needs.
  • Customer Service
  • Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Provide information about the hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.
