Job Description

As a Sales Manager / Key Accounts / Territory Manager in the Healthcare & Home Health Care Industry, your role involves the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Utilize sales skills effectively to achieve targeted sales and increase the level of sales and business mix from individual customers.
  • Maintain an accurate and current database of customers, identify and develop potential customer sources.
  • Communicate with customers to gain commitment to purchase, maintain regular contact with key customers, and develop relationships that benefit both parties.
  • Overcome customer objections, provide feedback to the Managing Director and Sales and Marketing Director, and achieve sales activities within specified time scales.
  • Conduct targeted tele-sales campaigns, match appropriate products to customer requirements, and maintain knowledge of competitor services.
  • Recommend necessary tactical actions based on competitor activity, provide reports on achievements and activities, and handle correspondence related to selling activities.
  • Liaise with other members of the sales team to promote sales opportunities, undertake responsibilities according to procedures, and organize appointments and meetings between community and hospital-based healthcare staff.
  • Identify and establish new business, negotiate contracts, achieve new target revenue, develop key accounts for enhancement of Pharma business, and ensure account retention and continued penetration at assigned accounts.
  • Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for key accounts, coordinate with Customers Key Account Department for payments, and handle various tasks related to accounts and sales operations.

In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be responsible for providing support for day-to-day activities related to Retail, LFS, and E-commerce. You will also be involved in business meetings with customers for product and invoice-related issues, coordinating with the design team and vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
