Description
- Sweeps and mops all floors in Food and Beverage Department.
- Removes refuse, cleans trash containers, removes recycled products
- Maintains the walk-in refrigerators.
- Maintains the cleanliness of storage areas, tools, equipment, carts, and other areas/items
- Assists in the dish room operations, as assigned.
- Will assist other food service employees in the completion of their duties.
- Will keep work area and serving area properly stocked with dish items.
- Will keep work area clean and in good order.
- Will ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
