Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Admin Assistant - Junior Zoho Developer. The role involves providing administrative assistance, managing executive tasks, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. Responsibilities include handling clerical tasks, managing phone calls, and supporting the implementation and optimization of Zoho CRM systems to meet business needs. This position requires multitasking, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks
• Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
• Proven ability in Clerical Skills, including organization and meticulous attention to detail
• Experience with CRM systems, particularly Zoho, is highly desirable
• Ability to learn and manage CRM development tasks with guidance
• Independent, proactive work ethic and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
