The position requires generating and following up on leads, conducting product presentations, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets for designated territories. The role works closely with internal teams to relay customer feedback, support after-sales service, and contribute to market development activities such as meetings, workshops, and exhibitions.

The sales and service engineer's role involves visiting customer sites to install, demonstrate, and maintain laboratory diagnostic equipment while ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance and repairs, and documenting service activities.

Qualifications

• Effective Communication skills to interact with customers, present products, and coordinate with internal teams
• Strong technical skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for laboratory or medical equipment.
• Hands-on experience with Field Service, including on-site installations, calibrations, and customer visits.
• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair of diagnostic instruments or similar devices.
• .
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Prior experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or scientific equipment sales and service is an advantage.
• Ability to plan routes, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple client accounts.
• Willingness to travel within Bengaluru South and nearby regions as required.
• Proficiency with basic office software and reporting tools for service logs and sales updates.
