Lead Mobile Developer (iOS / Android / React Native) PayPoint India Location: Mumbai Job Type: Full-time Experience: 5+ years Job Overview We are hiring a Lead Mobile Developer to drive end-to-end development of scalable, high-performance mobile applications. This role requires strong expertise in mobile architecture, performance optimization, and production-grade app development, along with the ability to lead and mentor a team.

Key Responsibilities ● Lead development of mobile apps (Android / iOS / React Native) ● Define and enforce architecture, coding standards, and best practices ● Collaborate with backend teams for API integration ● Ensure app performance, scalability, and responsiveness ● Drive UI/UX implementation with a focus on usability ● Manage app releases, versioning, and deployments ● Troubleshoot production issues and improve app stability ● Implement security best practices (encryption, secure storage) ● Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews Required Skills ● Strong experience in at least one: ○ Android (Kotlin / Java) ○ iOS (Swift / Objective-C) ○ React Native (cross-platform) ● Strong understanding of mobile architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture) ● Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations ● Strong knowledge of performance optimization and memory management ● Experience with local storage (SQLite, Room, CoreData) ● Experience with real-time features (WebSockets, push notifications) ● Working knowledge of Git Preferred ● Experience building high-scale apps (fintech, payments, wallets) ● Familiarity with Firebase, Mixpanel, or analytics tools ● Knowledge of mobile security (OAuth, JWT, encryption) ● Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines Leadership Requirements ● Experience leading or mentoring mobile development teams ● Ability to conduct code reviews and enforce standards ● Strong ownership and decision-making ability ● Experience working in Agile / sprint-based environments Performance Expectations ● Deliver stable, high-performance mobile applications ● Maintain low crash rates and strong app performance ● Ensure smooth release cycles and production stability ● Improve code quality and team output through leadership Application Requirements (Mandatory) ● Updated resume ● Links to apps built / Play Store / App Store / GitHub Applications without live app experience may not be considered.
