About The Company:
Paton Engineers & Constructors is a highly regarded Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) company with over 40 years of experience supporting our clients in process industries. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Support cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting activities
- Help monitor project performance against baseline schedules and budgets
- Prepare and update project control documentation, including progress reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure timely and accurate data flow
- Participate in change management processes
- Maintain organized records of project data and documentation
Requirements
- Knowledge in Project Controls (e.g. work breakdown structures, planning, schedule and cost controls)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with scheduling software is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the project controls discipline
