High School Physics Teacher

Job Title: High School Physics TeacherJob Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Physics Teacher to teach high school students (Grades 9–12). The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge and the ability to simplify complex physics concepts while encouraging scientific thinking and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver physics lessons for high school classes (Grades 9–12).
• Teach topics such as mechanics, electricity, magnetism, optics, and modern physics.
• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and question papers.
• Conduct practical sessions and demonstrations where applicable.
• Assess student performance through tests, exams, and practical evaluations.
• Guide students for board examinations and competitive exams (if required).
• Encourage analytical thinking and a scientific approach to learning.
• Provide additional academic support to students when needed.
• Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment.
• Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and academic activities.

Required Qualifications:

• M.Sc. in Physics (mandatory)
• B.Ed. (preferred/mandatory as per school norms)

Experience

• 2–5 years of teaching experience at high school level preferred
• Freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply

• Strong subject knowledge in Physics
• Excellent communication and teaching skills
• Classroom management abilities
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum
• Experience in handling Grades 9–12
• Familiarity with lab equipment and practical teaching methods

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
