As an Accounts Trainee at PTTPL, your responsibilities will include:
- Posting daily accounting entries using Tally/ERP
- Maintaining books, vouchers, and records
- Preparing purchase, sales, and journal entries
- Supporting Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
- Handling bank entries and basic reconciliation
- Assisting with GST data and return preparation
- Supporting audit and compliance documentation
- Coordinating invoice and payment queries
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- Completed B.Com / BAF / BMS (Finance) / M.Com
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
- Understanding of GST (preferred)
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
