Trainee Account Executive

You will be joining Parle Tableting Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (PTTPL), a renowned Indian manufacturer specializing in tablet compression machines, tablet tooling, blister change parts, and tool-care products for the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical sectors. With over 51 years of experience, the company is known for providing advanced and dependable tableting solutions.

As an Accounts Trainee at PTTPL, your responsibilities will include:

• Posting daily accounting entries using Tally/ERP
• Maintaining books, vouchers, and records
• Preparing purchase, sales, and journal entries
• Supporting Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
• Handling bank entries and basic reconciliation
• Assisting with GST data and return preparation
• Supporting audit and compliance documentation
• Coordinating invoice and payment queries

To qualify for this role, you should have:

• Completed B.Com / BAF / BMS (Finance) / M.Com
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
• Understanding of GST (preferred)
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Freshers or individuals with up to 1 year of experience in Accounts are encouraged to apply
