The Patent Attorney will be responsible for managing all aspects of patent preparation, prosecution, and filing. Key responsibilities include drafting and reviewing patent applications, conducting patentability and due diligence analyses, working closely with clients on intellectual property strategies, and handling associated legal matters under patent law.
