Job Overview:

Do you have a passion for plants or enjoy improving indoor environments?

We are currently seeking a Part Time Horticulturist Service Technician in Allentown, Easton, Bethlehem PA area. You will visit customer locations to care for their interior plants and Green Walls. The primary function of this position is to make sure our plants are happy and healthy while growing relationships with our customers. There is a lot of walking so you will get your steps in! Parker provides all the equipment required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong work ethic, be detail oriented and have a positive attitude
• Must provide exceptional customer service at all times and build relationships
• Ability to follow instructions
• Must pass background screen and drug test in accordance with applicable law
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must meet all company Motor Vehicle Requirements (MVR)
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to speak, read, and write English
• Strong time management skills

Preferred Skills: Previous experience in landscape, horticulture, and/or a greenhouse

Physical/environmental elements for this position: The candidate must have the ability to handle physical workload including bending, squatting, walking (spending all day on their feet), stretching, climbing a ladder, reaching, lifting up to 30 lbs., etc. as well as sitting while driving to each customer location.
