Affiliate Partnerships Executive (Publisher Growth & Performance Marketing)

We are looking for an Affiliate Partnerships Executive to manage and grow our publisher network. In this role, you will work closely with publishers and brands to drive campaign performance, increase conversions, and generate revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage affiliate publishers across different categories
• Build strong relationships and keep publishers actively engaged
• Drive campaign performance and increase revenue through affiliates
• Coordinate with brands to align offers and campaigns
• Track and analyse performance metrics like CPA, CPS, ROI
• Identify new publishers, traffic sources, and growth opportunities
• Ensure smooth campaign execution and resolve any issues quickly

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing / Performance Marketing / Partnerships
• Experience working with publishers and managing campaigns
• Good understanding of traffic, conversions, and monetisation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven mindset with basic analytical skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
