Job Description

As a React Front-end Developer at our Pune office, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality user interfaces for our technology products. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects and contribute directly to our user experience through cutting-edge front-end technologies.

Develop user-facing features using React.js, following best practices and modern architectural patterns.
Collaborate closely with UX Designers and back-end engineers to interpret wireframes and prototypes for functional front-end components.
Implement state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Recoil) to handle complex application states.
Integrate the front-end with RESTful APIs provided by the MuleSoft ESB team and other backend services, such as GraphQL services.
Ensure the application is highly performant, responsive, and adheres to accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a reusable component library and design system.
Conduct code reviews, participate in sprint planning and estimation, and troubleshoot front-end issues to ensure a seamless user experience.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with expertise in React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Strong experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools like Webpack and Babel.
Proven ability to consume RESTful services and handle asynchronous data flows effectively.
Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).

Additional Company Details:

Familiarity with UI component libraries (e.g. Chakra UI) or experience in building design systems is preferred.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, Cloudflare) or CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies and experience with Azure DevOps can be beneficial.
