Front-End Developer (React)

As a React Front-end Developer at our Pune office, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality user interfaces for our technology products. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects and contribute directly to our user experience through cutting-edge front-end technologies.

• Develop user-facing features using React.js, following best practices and modern architectural patterns.
• Collaborate closely with UX Designers and back-end engineers to interpret wireframes and prototypes for functional front-end components.
• Implement state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Recoil) to handle complex application states.
• Integrate the front-end with RESTful APIs provided by the MuleSoft ESB team and other backend services, such as GraphQL services.
• Ensure the application is highly performant, responsive, and adheres to accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a reusable component library and design system.
• Conduct code reviews, participate in sprint planning and estimation, and troubleshoot front-end issues to ensure a seamless user experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with expertise in React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Strong experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools like Webpack and Babel.
• Proven ability to consume RESTful services and handle asynchronous data flows effectively.
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).

Additional Company Details:

• Familiarity with UI component libraries (e.g. Chakra UI) or experience in building design systems is preferred.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, Cloudflare) or CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies and experience with Azure DevOps can be beneficial.
