Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Security Supervisor role based in Nagpur. The Security Supervisor will oversee daily security operations at company premises, events, and related locations, ensuring a safe environment for artists, staff, visitors, and vendors. Responsibilities include supervising security staff, assigning posts, monitoring entry and exit points, and enforcing access control procedures. The role involves conducting regular patrols, identifying and mitigating security risks, responding to incidents, and documenting reports. The Security Supervisor will coordinate with event and operations teams, manage crowd control during performances, liaise with local authorities when needed, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to lead, train, and schedule security personnel, and to manage performance and team coordination.
• Proficiency in Physical Security practices, including access control, patrolling, incident response, and emergency procedures.
• Effective Communication skills for clear reporting, coordination with internal teams, and interaction with external stakeholders.
• Customer Service orientation to support a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for artists, guests, and partners.
• Operations Management abilities to plan security coverage for events, optimize resource allocation, and maintain accurate security logs and documentation.
• Prior experience in security or law enforcement, preferably in events, entertainment, or hospitality settings.
• Knowledge of basic safety, first aid, and emergency response protocols; relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods, work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, and event days), and handle high-pressure situations calmly.
• Completion of secondary education; additional security or safety training is beneficial.
