We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Licensed Esthetician Injector to join our innovative medical spa team. Responsibilities

• Perform injectable treatments such as pressurized non-invasive lip fillers, dermal fillers and botulinum toxin (Botox) injections with precision, safety, and professionalism.
• Conduct comprehensive skin assessments to recommend suitable treatments, including dermabrasion, laser therapy, and facial rejuvenation procedures.
• Deliver a variety of esthetic services including eyelash extensions, hair threading, body waxing, pressurized non-invasive lip filler, makeup application, and nail care to meet client needs.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and treatment benefits while upselling appropriate retail products to enhance results.
• Maintain strict sanitation protocols and adhere to all health regulations to ensure a safe treatment environment.
• Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY, ensuring smooth scheduling and follow-up.
• Engage with clients through social media management and guest services to foster loyalty and promote new treatments or promotions.
• Assist with product demos, marketing initiatives, and social media content creation to boost brand awareness.
• Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced setting while demonstrating excellent communication skills and hospitality.

Requirements

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with certification in injectable procedures (e.g., Botox, dermal fillers).
• Proven experience in med spa or cosmetic dermatology settings with knowledge of botulinum toxin treatment and dermal fillers.
• Strong management skills with familiarity in salon or clinic management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY.
• Expertise in esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair styling, nail care, and other advanced esthetic techniques preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to educate clients effectively and upsell products confidently.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards, medical safety protocols, and HIPAA compliance.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a high-energy environment.
