Job Summary
PalTech is looking for dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executives / Senior Executives with proven experience in selling IT Services to US-based clients. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and driving revenue growth from the US market. This role requires strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to work during US business hours.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in the US market for IT services such as Application Development, Digital Transformation, Data & Analytics, Cloud, QA, and Support services.
- Execute outbound sales activities including cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Qualify leads, understand customer requirements, and convert them into opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from Database management to lead generation.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospects and customers.
- Conduct business discussions, presentations, and capability demos with US clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients during initial engagement stages.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Research market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs in the US IT services market.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM tools.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales within the IT Services industry.
- Proven track record of selling IT services to US-based customers.
- Must have experience in Cold calling and willing to make 100 calls a day
- Must have worked on market research tools like: Zoominfo/Seamlss/Lusha, etc.
- Should have managed database in CRMs like Zoho, Salesforce, etc..
- Experience working in US time zones / night shifts.
- Bachelor’s degree or Masters in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English – US business communication).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation platforms.
- High energy, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
