Junior Paralegal

International Trade Law Firm is seeking a Junior Paralegal to join their team. This position would be great for a recent 2026 polished graduate. This is a temp to hire position. If you have a strong interest in international trade work to work with the firm's trade remedies attorneys in support of antidumping and countervailing duty cases and related litigation this is the position for you.

Status: Temp to hire/fully in office. Must be able to start by May 18th

Salary: $24.00 hourly (temp 3 months and then hired on permanently)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work will include putting together administrative and court filings, sometimes under tight timeframes. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) and Adobe Acrobat. Candidates should have a natural ability to prioritize multiple tasks, communicate effectively with lawyers verbally and in writing, and be comfortable handling filing deadlines. The International Trade Paralegal is expected to operate in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.

Prior experience in international trade is not required. The firm is seeking an intellectual curious recent graduate with an interest in the legal arena and strong GPA.

The pay is $24/hour while temporary and would be a salary of 65K range upon a conversion to a permanent role. The temporary period is about 3 months. This is a fully in office role that can become hybrid down the line

Job Requirements:

Recent Bachelors Degree with GPA 3.6 or higher

Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office

Multi-tasking

Good communication skills
