The Role

We’re hiring the senior manager at the Front Office - someone who can take full ownership of the function and run it with confidence and 100% efficiency

You will:

• Lead all front office operations: check-ins, check-outs, billing, and guest communication
• Act as the primary escalation point and handle situations independently
• Drive a sharp, well-run reception - no gaps, no delays
• Manage and train the FO team across shifts
• Ensure tight coordination with housekeeping and F&B for seamless guest experience

This role requires someone who is structured, proactive, and fully accountable; not someone who needs constant supervision.

Must-Haves

• Experience in a 4-star or above chain hotel (non-negotiable)
• Formal hotel management degree/diploma (mandatory)
• Experience with high paying guests
• 3–5 years+ of Front Office experience, with team handling exposure
• Strong communication skills and high ownership mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
