Continuous Improvement (CI) & Supply Chain Analyst

As a DBSL & Supply Chain Analyst at Pall Corporation, a global leader in high-tech filtration, separation, and purification, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making processes and ensuring efficient reporting systems aligned with business objectives. Your work will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.

• *Role Overview:**

You will have the opportunity to:

• Develop and implement a global reporting and analytics strategy aligned with company objectives, including KPIs and predictive models for identifying opportunities in Strategic Sourcing.
• Design, maintain, and enhance reporting systems, dashboards, and data visualization tools to ensure accuracy and security.
• Lead the implementation of technology infrastructure for Strategic Sourcing and support Enterprise Analytics transition to SAP tools.
• Conduct complex data analysis, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership as a subject matter expert.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using DBS tools, leading Kaizens, PSPs, and action plans to improve KPIs and mentor associates.
• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and implement a global reporting and analytics strategy aligned with company objectives
• Design, maintain, and enhance reporting systems, dashboards, and data visualization tools
• Lead technology implementation for Strategic Sourcing and support Enterprise Analytics transition to SAP tools
• Conduct complex data analysis, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using DBS tools
• *Qualification Required:**
• B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical or Industrial or equivalent) with a minimum of 7-9 years of relevant experience in Logistics and Supply Chain or related field
• 4+ years of experience in data analytics with demonstrated experience in designing and creating data models, reports, and dashboards using tools such as SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, or similar
• Agility in working with cross-functional teams and synthesizing data for concise business insights
• Experience in continuous improvement, lean problem-solving, and driving process improvements
• Proficiency in SAP/ERP, Advanced Excel, and knowledge of SAP DataSphere/DataLake, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), ETL
• *Additional Details:**

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Global supply chain operations
• Proven project management skills
