Job summary

This role involves managing end-to-end brand communication across content creation, social media, and visual storytelling, including YouTube subtitles, product descriptions, and Canva-based creatives aligned with brand guidelines. It also includes handling daily social media engagement, maintaining an aesthetic brand grid, and ensuring consistent online presence.

In addition, the role requires strong client-facing responsibilities such as representing the brand at exhibitions, engaging with HNI and international customers (including video-assisted shopping), and maintaining vendor and agency coordination with proactive follow-ups for marketing deliverables.

1. Prior experience in social media, branding, fashion, lifestyle, retail, or marketing is preferred

Working Hours:

1. Monday to Saturday

2. 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

3. Saturday work-from-home option available depending on schedules and event requirements

Social Media Management:

1. Handle day-to-day social media posting and coordination

2. Respond to customer queries, comments, and DMs professionally

3. Plan and maintain an aesthetically consistent social media grid aligned with the brand identity

Coordination & Support:

1. Coordinate with all vendors and partners associated with the brand

2. Maintain strong and professional relationships with external vendors, collaborators, and agencies

3. Follow up proactively and consistently with in-house teams and external agencies for marketing deliverables and deadlines

4. Assist in executing marketing and branding activities

5. Maintain content folders, schedules, and campaign updates

6. Coordinate with photographers, designers, or vendors when required

Brand Representation:

1. Represent the brand at exhibitions, pop-ups, and events

2. Interact confidently with customers and explain products/services

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI customers and international clients

4. Assist customers living abroad through video-call-based shopping assistance and product showcasing

5. Assist with stall coordination, customer engagement, and lead collection

6. Maintain professional presentation and communication during events
