Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Plant Manager to oversee end-to-end dairy manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production efficiency, quality control, regulatory compliance, and team management while ensuring optimal plant performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete plant operations including milk processing, packaging, and dispatch
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards such as FSSAI, HACCP, and ISO guidelines
- Monitor production planning and achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Optimize plant efficiency, reduce wastage, and control operational costs
- Supervise quality control processes to maintain product consistency
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, and quality
- Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment
- Implement process improvements and automation where required
- Maintain compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Coordinate with procurement and supply chain for smooth operations
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in dairy or food manufacturing plant management
- Strong knowledge of milk processing, pasteurization, homogenization, and cold chain management, Boiler, etc.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP)
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage large teams and work under pressure
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling high-volume dairy production
- Knowledge of ERP systems and production planning tools
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
Pay: ₹19,743.35 - ₹78,483.42 per month
