Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, expertise in construction management software, and a comprehensive understanding of project planning, scheduling, and execution. This role involves coordinating teams, managing resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards. The Project Supervisor will play a pivotal role in maintaining safety standards and fostering effective communication among stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide project execution.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitor project progress through regular site visits and inspections; adjust plans as necessary to address issues or delays.
  • Manage project documentation including change orders, RFIs, submittals, and daily reports.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare detailed construction estimates and assist in resource allocation for multiple projects.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues promptly.
  • Oversee the use of construction management software to track project milestones and generate reports for senior management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in construction project management or supervision within the civil or commercial sectors.
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics, and construction drawings.
  • Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and tools.
  • Familiarity with construction safety standards and regulations.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,990.75-$88,000.00 per year
