Lead and supervise the Customer Care team to ensure efficient customer support. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. Monitor customer queries received through phone calls, emails, social media, and other channels. Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards. Track and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Coordinate with sales, service, logistics, and other departments to resolve customer issues. Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and company policies. Prepare and maintain customer service reports and performance metrics. Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for customer care executives.
