Full Stack Developer with 4+ years of experience

About This Role

Join our Engineering team as a Full Stack Engineer building the user-facing surfaces and integration layers of a strategic AI platform initiative. You will deliver conversational AI experiences, business-user dashboards, admin consoles, and the APIs that tie AI services to core enterprise systems. This is a balanced full stack role — you will write production-grade frontend and backend code — in a regulated fintech environment with tight delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Frontend Development: Design and build responsive, accessible interfaces using React and Next.js with TypeScript, including conversational AI interfaces with streaming responses, dashboards, and admin consoles
• Backend Development: Build secure, performant APIs in Node.js or Python (FastAPI), including REST and GraphQL endpoints that expose AI/ML services to downstream applications
• AI Integration: Integrate front-end and backend systems with LLM services, vector databases, and agentic AI pipelines, including streaming, tool-call orchestration, and fallback handling
• Channel & System Integration: Integrate with messaging channels (e.g., WhatsApp Business API), web and mobile chat widgets, Single Sign-On (SSO), and enterprise systems such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), marketing automation, and HR platforms
• Accessibility & Localization: Deliver WCAG 2.1 AA-compliant experiences with right-to-left (RTL) and left-to-right (LTR) language support, including Arabic and other regional languages
• Security & Compliance: Apply secure coding practices including OAuth2/OpenID Connect, JSON Web Tokens (JWT), PII masking, and alignment with financial-services security standards
• DevOps Collaboration: Own containerization (Docker), contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and work closely with DevOps to ship reliably to secure cloud environments
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with AI engineers, product managers, designers, and backend leads to translate requirements into polished, production-ready experiences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in full stack development
• Strong proficiency in React and Next.js with TypeScript
• Solid experience building backend services in Node.js (Express/NestJS) or Python (FastAPI/Django)
• Proven experience designing REST APIs and familiarity with GraphQL
• Working knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL) and at least one NoSQL database (MongoDB, DynamoDB, or similar)
• Experience with authentication and authorization patterns: OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, and SSO
• Experience with real-time interfaces using WebSockets or Server-Sent Events
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins)
• Comfort with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and internationalization including RTL layouts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building chatbot or conversational AI interfaces, including streaming LLM responses
• Experience integrating with messaging channel APIs (e.g., WhatsApp Business API, Microsoft Teams) or similar
• Experience consuming LLM and vector database APIs
• Familiarity with fintech or regulated-industry products, secure coding, and financial compliance
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and basic infrastructure-as-code
• Arabic language skills or experience localizing products for regional markets

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
