Outlaw Solutions is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Truck Driver to operate front load and roll-off trucks for waste collection and disposal services. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting waste materials to and from customer sites and disposal facilities while ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate front load and roll-off trucks to service residential, commercial and industrial accounts
• Perform scheduled waste collection, container delivery, and pickup
• Safely transport waste to designated disposal or recycling facilities
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues
• Ensure proper loading, securing, and unloading of waste containers
• Maintain accurate route logs, service records, and required documentation
• Follow all local, provincial/state, and federal transportation and safety regulations
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers
• Adhere to company policies and environmental guidelines

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 or 3 driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Experience operating front load and/or roll-off trucks preferred but not necessary
• Knowledge of waste handling and disposal practices is an asset
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and defensive driving techniques
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Physically capable of handling the demands of the job (lifting, climbing, etc.)
