OT Developments is hiring a Red Seal Plumber to support prefabricated wall panel production in a factory environment, starting April–May 2026.
This is a full-time position offering stable, year-round indoor work within a controlled manufacturing setting.
Position Details

- Work performed in a controlled manufacturing environment (no site travel)
Scope of Work – Wall Panelization
- Install plumbing rough-in components within prefabricated wall panels
- Layout and position water supply and drainage systems prior to panel closure
- Coordinate with framing and production teams during fabrication
- Inspect and verify pipe placement, alignment, and clearances
- Identify and correct deficiencies prior to shipment
- Ensure all assemblies meet applicable plumbing codes and standards
Qualifications
- Valid Red Seal Plumbing Certification (required)
- Strong knowledge of plumbing code and rough-in practices
- Experience with prefabrication or modular construction is an asset
- Ability to work effectively within a production workflow
- High attention to detail and quality
