This is a project oriented environment, where recruiters work closely with project managers to define the appropriate candidate profile and search strategy on an assignment by assignment basis.

The recruiter researches and puts together a target list of potential candidates for each assignment and is then responsible for contacting those individuals to pulling together a long list of potential candidates for review with the project manager.

The ideal candidate will have a university degree, preferrably a CPA designation, and experience with recruiting accounting and finance executives in a corporate or executive search environment.
