Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Call Center Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your daily tasks will include handling inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information to customers, and maintaining detailed records of interactions. As a representative of Nirmaan Organization, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in managing Customer Experience and addressing client concerns effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
• Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications
• Familiarity with a nonprofit or social impact environment is an advantage
• Fluency in English and additional regional languages is highly desirable
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in customer service is a plus
