Job Opening: Customer Service Executive for a UK Company
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
Key Responsibility:
Manage dispatch operations: monitoring trip progress in real time, updating booking details, handling schedule changes, and ensuring efficient route allocation. Answer incoming calls and assist English-speaking customers with professionalism and clarity
Skills Required:
- Strong Computer knowledge and Logical Reasoning
- Excellent communication skills in English (listening - IELTS 8.5, speaking - IELTS 7& writing). IELTS certificate not mandatory.
- Age: Below 35 years
- Sales & Marketing Skills
Experience: Candidates with experience in tele-calling or call center roles preferred and will be an added advantage but freshers are also welcome to apply - training will be provided
Shift Schedule: Day & Night
Salary: ₹ 30,000 – ₹ 40,000
