Position Summary:
The Shared Services Group within Oracle NetSuite Professional Services is dedicated to guiding customers in the development of their analytic reporting strategies, implementation roadmaps, assessments, and comprehensive analytics solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) implementations.
Your Responsibilities:
- You will lead the delivery of NetSuite's Professional Services implementations, ensuring adherence to established methodologies and maintaining high customer satisfaction regarding scope, timeline, and budget.
- Manage project tracking, communicate progress, and achieve milestones, ensuring quality delivery while planning engagements, overseeing business requirements, managing deliverables, controlling scope, and resolving roadblocks.
- Develop, present, and secure sign-offs on key project deliverables including Project Kickoffs, Project Plans, Change Orders, and Status and Risk reports while managing expectations around project scope and timelines.
What You Bring:
- 15+ years of project management experience in delivering complex, multi-phase software or analytics implementations, ideally with global clients.
- Expertise in end-to-end implementations of Oracle NetSuite or similar cloud analytics/data warehouse solutions like Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong understanding of Cloud architecture and solutions related to ERP and CRM.
- Proficiency in data design, integration, visualization, and best practices for customization.
- Proven record of successful Fixed Bid and Time & Material project delivery within budget and timeline constraints.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and client management skills, with experience working with C-level executives.
- PMP certification or formal Project Management training is preferred.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as NetSuite, MS Project, and Jira.
- Experience in a matrix or global organizational structure.
- Adept at translating complex business requirements into innovative software solutions.
- Skilled in developing cost estimates for professional services and articulating value propositions to clients.
- Expertise in managing project escalations and resolving challenges effectively.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations online.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated adaptability and proactive learning approach in a fast-paced tech environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
CA: Hiring Range from CAD $103,700 to $153,700 per annum.
US: Hiring Range from USD $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. Bonus and equity eligibility may apply.
