Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales activities to identify prospective clients and grow the customer base through proactive outreach and community networking
• Assess client needs thoroughly to recommend appropriate insurance products that ensure comprehensive coverage and satisfaction
• Negotiate policy terms and premiums, balancing client needs with company guidelines to reach mutually beneficial agreements
• Handle sales administration tasks including processing applications, updating records, and maintaining accurate client files
• Promote insurance products across multiple channels using targeted marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries promptly, explaining policy details clearly, and guiding clients through the sales process
• Collaborate with team members on benefits administration and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including HIPAA, when handling sensitive client information
• Educate clients on insurance options, benefits, and coverage in a clear, approachable manner
• Attend virtual and in-person trainings to develop product knowledge and system proficiency

Qualifications

No prior experience is required — we welcome motivated individuals from all backgrounds. The following are beneficial but not mandatory:

• Background in outside sales, retail, or customer-facing roles
• Familiarity with lead generation, telemarketing, or marketing strategies
• Experience in sales administration or benefits administration
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and handling confidential information
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities, reflecting our commitment to serving a diverse community

Pay: $34,161.19 - $95,226.38 per year
