Fullstack / Backend Engineer (Node JS, React)

Role & Responsibilities

As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining core backend components with a strong focus on real-time communication and system scalability.

Role Summary:

Support the Engineering Lead in full-stack feature delivery for the MVP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to both frontend and backend development
• Build MVP features such as login, call routing, dashboard integration
• Work on CRM sync, WhatsApp integration (OpenWA), ticketing
• Knowledge of AWS

Ideal Candidate

• Strong Full Stack Engineer (React.js + Node.js) Profiles
• Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 4+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development with strong expertise in React.js and Node.js.
• Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have hands-on experience building scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and REST APIs.
• Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have experience working with Redis and Kafka for caching, messaging, or event-driven architecture.
• Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have hands-on experience developing both frontend and backend modules, including APIs and UI components.
• Mandatory (Location) – Candidate must be currently based in Delhi NCR only
• Mandatory (Notice Period) – Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days will be highly preferred.
• Preferred (Skills) – Exposure to real-time socket communication, omnichannel platforms, or communication APIs is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
