Role Description
This is a full-time on-site/mobile role located in Oakville, ON, for a Sales Development Manager. The individual will oversee sales operations, implement lead generation strategies, and manage a dynamic sales team. Primary responsibilities include mentoring team members, developing new client relationships, analyzing market trends, tracking sales performance, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
