Real Estate Photographer/Videographer – Full Time

Training pay at $16.50/hour. After training is complete pay starts at $21.00/hour with pay increase opportunities.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Real Estate Photographer/Videographer who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing schedule and is passionate about capturing homes at their absolute best. This role requires creativity, reliability, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of current trends in real estate media and social content.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality HDR listing photography using Sony camera systems
• Shoot and edit cinematic listing videos
• Capture and deliver 3D Matterport tours
• Create 2D floor plans with accurate measurements
• Operate drones safely for aerial photos and video (Part 107 certification required)
• Film and edit Instagram/Facebook/TikTok style reels
• Maintain and care for high-value camera, drone, and lighting gear
• Manage a frequently changing schedule with last-minute adjustments
• Communicate professionally with agents, homeowners, and team members
• Consistently deliver a 5-star, concierge-level customer experience

Qualifications

• FAA Part 107 Drone License (required)
• Must have a reliable car and computer - preferably a PC/windows (required)
• 2+ years of photography/videography experience (real estate preferred)
• Proficiency with Sony cameras/lenses
• Strong knowledge of editing software (Lightroom, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
• Experience with Matterport capture systems
• Ability to adapt to high-volume, fast-paced schedules
• Up-to-date with content trends, transitions, VFX, and modern social media styles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to self-manage
• Professional, friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills
• Reliable personal vehicle + valid driver’s license
• Must be available full time, including some early mornings/late afternoons
