As Vendor Manager, you will spearhead the growth and management of our vendor partner network, ensuring high fleet utilization and seamless operations for major ride-hailing platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesVendor Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and onboard new vendor partners, managing the entire lifecycle from lead to vehicle activation.Network Retention: Build long-term relationships with active partners, resolving grievances and operational escalations with high urgency.Performance Strategy: Monitor fleet health metrics, drive vehicle deployment, and implement improvement plans for underperforming vendors.Team Leadership: Lead and coach a vendor-facing field team of 5+ members, setting targets and reviewing productivity.RequirementsExperience: 610 years in Vendor Management, Partner Operations, or Logistics/Mobility.Language: Fluency in Kannada and English is mandatory.Team Management: Proven track record of managing field teams and large-scale partner networks.Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of collections, margins, and operational discipline.Data Fluency: Comfortable working with trackers, dashboards, and performance reporting.Shift & Work CultureEnvironment: High-ownership, fast-paced field role.Focus: Performance-first culture with a direct impact on territory revenue.Preferred Background: Candidates from ride-hailing (Uber/Ola), last-mile delivery, or fleet startups.Key MetricsVendor Growth & OnboardingFleet Utilization RatesVendor Retention & Churn PreventionTeam Productivity & KPI Achievement
