Soft Skill Trainer cum Placement Coordinator
Location:
OP JINDAL COMMUNITY COLLEGE, PUNJIPATHRA, RAIGARH
Role Purpose:
The Soft Skill Trainer will be responsible for conducting mandatory Soft Skill sessions as per Qualification Pack (QP) norms across all training programs. The role will also support placement activities, industry coordination, student counseling, and placement process management to strengthen overall training and employment outcomes at the center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Soft Skill, Employability Skill, Personality Development, Communication Skill, and Workplace Readiness sessions for trainees.
- Ensure compliance with QP/NOS guidelines related to soft skill and employability training.
- Prepare lesson plans, attendance, assessment records, and training documentation.
- Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, resume-building sessions, and interview preparation activities.
- Coordinate with industries and employers for placement opportunities.
- Manage placement activities including student mobilization for interviews, placement tracking, and reporting.
- Maintain placement records, candidate database, and employer communication.
- Support training center activities related to assessments, audits, inspections, and documentation.
- Motivate and mentor trainees for discipline, professional behavior, and career readiness.
- Coordinate with academic and training teams for smooth program execution.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline.
- Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Skill Development Sector/NSDC Projects.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Experience in placement coordination and industry linkage preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Office and documentation processes.
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in soft skill training and/or placement management.
Preferred Skills:
- Presentation and public speaking skills.
- Student counseling and mentoring ability.
- Industry networking and coordination.
- Documentation and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
