- Evaluate whether volume is being routed to the right facilities, identifying misalignment between arrival patterns and capacity and recommending corrective actions
- Leverage upstream data (e.g., customer injection behavior, manifest/label data, early volume signals) to improve visibility into when and where volume will enter the network and enable near-term planning updates (D-1 and intraweek)
- Assess plan vs. actual arrival patterns, identifying gaps in assumptions and continuously improving modeling accuracy and planning approaches
- Develop scalable analytics solutions using SQL, Power Query, Power BI, and Excel, and lead cross-functional discussions that drive alignment and move work from analysis to action
