Range: 95,200.00 - 142,800.00 CAD Job Description: We are ready to take this game to the next level and need someone passionate to about growth marketing, content optimization, and customer engagement to join our team as Sr. Manager Growth & Content Optimization. In this leadership role, you will drive the marketing vision and execution across a diverse portfolio of products, identifying opportunities to acquire new players, increase engagement, and maximize customer lifetime value. You will lead a team of marketing professionals, champion data-driven decision making, and leverage marketing technology, content strategy, and omnichannel campaigns to deliver exceptional customer experiences and measurable business results. YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME Reporting to the Director Marketing, you will be empowered to: Lead and coach a team of Marketing Managers responsible for developing and executing growth, content management, and omnichannel marketing strategies across the portfolio. Develop and oversee integrated marketing plans that drive player acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth, leveraging paid and owned channels. Establish a cohesive marketing and brand presence across products, ensuring consistent messaging and customer experiences. Drive portfolio growth by identifying opportunities to acquire new customers and unlock incremental value from existing players across channels. Act as the primary subject matter expert for marketing technology, helping define future capabilities, optimize existing platforms, and support MarTech roadmap development and paid media innovation. Guide the prioritization and management of marketing initiatives, ensuring resources are focused on activities with the greatest business impact. Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across paid media, CRM, social media, owned channels, SEO/SEM, experiential marketing, promotions, and public relations. Monitor portfolio performance, market trends, campaign results, and key performance indicators, recommending strategic adjustments to maximize effectiveness. Partner with Product, Brand, Content, Technology, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Customer Care, and agency partners to ensure successful campaign delivery and alignment with business objectives. Foster a collaborative, innovative, and agile team culture that encourages continuous improvement, experimentation, and professional growth. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE GAME Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of progressive marketing experience, with a strong focus on growth marketing, media strategy, content optimization, and omnichannel campaign management. Experience developing and executing direct-to-consumer marketing programs across digital channels, including media, email, CRM, social media, and owned digital assets. Demonstrated people leadership experience, including managing and developing high-performing teams. Experience managing marketing budgets and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and return on investment. Proven experience developing marketing strategies that support customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth. Strong understanding of marketing technology platforms and their application in customer lifecycle marketing. Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and managing external vendor and agency relationships. Relevant Skills: Strategic growth marketing and customer lifecycle management expertise. Strong knowledge of media planning, performance marketing, content strategy, and campaign optimization. Data-driven decision making with the ability to translate insights into actionable business strategies. Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities. Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Expertise in marketing technology and leveraging tools to drive customer engagement and business growth. Strong project management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment. Proven ability to solve complex business challenges and drive results through collaboration and innovation. Strong business acumen with the ability to balance customer experience objectives and commercial outcomes. Ability to embrace change, empower teams, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
