Role Description

Ontario Lending Solutions Inc. is seeking a licensed Mortgage Agent in Ontario for a full-time, remote role. The Mortgage Agent will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage process, assessing their financial needs, and securing the best lending solutions available. Daily responsibilities include processing mortgage applications, collaborating with lenders, providing exceptional customer service, implementing mortgage marketing strategies, and advising clients on improving their financial situations.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Mortgage Industry practices and experience in Mortgage Servicing
• Expertise in Mortgages, including knowledge of various mortgage products and their suitability for different clients
• Experience in Mortgage Marketing to attract and retain potential clients
• Proficiency in Mortgage Lending, including structuring deals and working effectively with diverse lenders
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Knowledge of Ontario mortgage regulations and possession of a valid Ontario Mortgage Agent license
• Experience in financial consulting or advising is an asset
