Web Developer (Full Stack – React / Node.js)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Web Developer to design, build, and maintain web applications and digital tools for our company’s online platforms. The ideal candidate is experienced in front-end and back-end web development and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented startup environment.

• Design, code, test, and deploy responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g. React, Node.js).
• Integrate and maintain APIs and database connections.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to implement features and optimize UX/UI.
• Perform testing and debugging across browsers and devices.
• Maintain security, scalability, and performance standards.
• Contribute to documentation and code reviews.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Computer Science or related field (bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 4–5 years of experience in web development or related role.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React/Node.js (or equivalent stack).
• Experience with version control (Git) and modern development tools.
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote team.
