Full-Stack Integration Engineer (Computer Vision)

Company Description: Wise AI is a Harvard-MIT-founded, VC-backed start-up focused on revolutionizing health monitoring through innovative technology. The company is developing a population-scale health monitoring solution that is accessible to anyone with a smartphone.

Our core offering is a health sensing platform that measures vital signs (heart rate, HRV, stress indicators, and more) using remote photoplethysmography (rPPG), directly from a standard camera, without any wearables or additional hardware.

Job Description: We’re looking for a Full-Stack Integration Engineer to build and scale end-to-end integrations for our AI-powered health platform. You’ll work across frontend, backend, and APIs to integrate computer vision models (e.g., camera-based vitals) into real-world clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack integrations (frontend + backend + APIs)
• Integrate and deploy computer vision models into production systems (must have prior experience)
• Design and implement testing pipelines for CV model accuracy and reliability
• Work closely with product team to optimize performance and usability
• Ensure data integrity, security, and scalability

Requirements

• Experience with full-stack development (e.g., React, Node/Python)
• Hands-on experience testing and validating computer vision models
• Familiarity with real-time data pipelines and API integrations
• Strong debugging and system design skills
• Experience in healthcare or regulated environments, ideally with sensing tech (e.g. rPPG, PPG) or biomedical background
