Celebrated for creating India's first multi-genre music festival, the NH7 Weekender, Only Much Louder has built India’s independent music and comedy scene from the ground up. • Hypothesis: One of India’s fastest-growing creator-first influencer marketing agencies, combining data, creativity, and cultural insight to deliver impact-driven campaigns for brands across the globe.
• OML Talent: OML’s legacy business representing over 90+ of the most influential creators, comedians, writers, and storytellers shaping India’s entertainment landscape.
• OML Studios: Developing and producing original long-form content for television and streaming platforms with over 35+ shows and 75+ comedy specials across Amazon Prime, Netflix, MTV, Jio Hotstar and more. Also producing branded content for agencies and brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team in ideating on brand briefs, identifying innovative marketing opportunities and relevant integrations for artists.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and the evolving creator economy.
• Assist in developing artist-led content ideas by tracking platform trends, formats, and emerging creators.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, talent, legal, finance) and external stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Support outreach efforts by identifying potential brand partners and contributing to lead generation for artists.
• Maintain and update internal trackers, ensuring accurate documentation of deals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Work closely with finance and legal teams to support deal closure, documentation, invoicing, and payment tracking.
