Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Creative Assistant to support our creative and production team. The ideal candidate will assist in content development, brainstorming ideas, and ensuring smooth execution of creative projects including shoots.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the team in scriptwriting and research
• Coordinate with production and editing
• Help manage pre-production and post-production tasks
• Assist during shoots (on-set coordination and support)
• Stay updated with industry trends and suggest fresh ideas
• Organize and maintain creative files, references, and assets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media, Film, Advertising, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with strong creative skills can apply)
• Basic understanding of content creation and production process
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Creative thinking with attention to detail
• Knowledge of tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Photoshop is a plus
